Q: How long has this site been around?
A: The original site, known as the Ground Zero Test Site, was created back in 2003 to host school projects. The current domain was put in place around March 2005. The new, improved, and totally cool site you see today was created in December 2005.
Q: Why the heck did it take so long to make this site?
A: The main reason is that school was a priority and that came first and foremost. The other reason is that this site isn't a fly-by-night operation, even thought most of it was built while staying up until 2 a.m. It is years of work put together in one location for others to enjoy and be inspired by.
Q: When are you going to add more stuff?
A: Good question. Best answer is when more stuff is available to be put online. When that will happen exactly is anyone's guess. But it is always good to drop us a line and let us know that you want to be kept up-to-date on stuff.
Q: Now that this site has been created, what are you going to do?
A: Let the world know about it and hopefully someone will enjoy the work enough to offer me a job.
Q: Why would anyone want to hire you in the first place?
A: Because it is hard to find someone that enjoys their work, pays attention to detail, is self-motivated, has good leadership skills, and can cook all at the same time.
Q: How many people work at Higher Learning Studios?
A: One. However, with so many creative sides we often find ourselves referring to us in the plural sense.
Q: Didn't you work for the Village of Brookfield?
A: Yes, for a total of three years as a member of the Technology Committee. The first year was doing the consulting job to establish the VillageofBrookfield.com website. The last two years consisted of being the webmaster for the site and all the glory that went with it. Unfortunately, the term ended in July of 2005 and so did that position.
Q: I would like a copy of a picture you took, how can purchase it?
A: None of the pictures are being offered for sale. They are examples of events previously covered and displayed for viewing purposes only.
Q: Is there any way to hire to you cover an event or do some other job?
A: Absolutely. Please use the Contact Us form and send the specifics about the event you would like covered or the job offer.
Q: I don't see an answer to the question I have, what can I do?
A: Check out the Contact Us form and submit your question. If its a good question, we will not only answer it, but post it here for others to read.
